Information for Parents
When PhotoLife Studios are engaged by your child's school to take a photographic shoot your school decides whether to allow purchase by either :
- Prepaid packs, where the photos are paid for in advance OR
- Using an approval method which lets you see the photos prior to purchase
Your school will know which method they are using, but please feel free to call us if you are unsure. Our Customer Service staff can be contacted, toll free on 0800 501 040.
How much do the photos cost ?
PhotoLife Studios offer various photo options. Parents/Guardians can either ring our Head Office on 0800 501 040 and speak to one of our customer services staff or ask to see our latest brochure complete with prices and packs at your child's school.
Can I choose which pack I want ?
If your child's school has selected a Prepaid Combination Pack from PhotoLife Studios then you can choose the pack type from Ultra, Premier, Essential. With this pack option the class and portrait photos are taken on the same day.
Can I have my children photographed together ?
Your child's school decides whether to have sibling photos or not. Please contact your school's administration staff to find out or call our Head Office on 0800 501 040 and speak to one of our customer services staff.
When will I get my photos ?
Production of the photos to delivery is usually in the order of 3-4 weeks from the date of the photo shoot at your school.
Can I order photos from previous years ?
Yes. With digital photography all images are kept on CD which makes retrieval of photos from previous years possible on an individual or group basis. If you need additional photos please call our Head Office on 0800 501 040 and speak to one of our customer services staff.
What if I don't like my photos ?
PhotoLife Studios take pride in producing quality photographs but if for any reason Parents/Guardians are not completely satisfied we will refund their money.
Does PhotoLife has a Sustainability Policy ?
Yes. Please read about steps we have taken to reduce wastage in our production process.
